Consent and legal basis
Every panelist opts in explicitly, is told what is collected and why, and can withdraw at any time. Consent, not legitimate interest, is the basis we rely on for panel data processing.
Subject access, correction and deletion requests are honored under GDPR and CCPA on the same timelines those regimes require.
Retention
Panel data is retained only for as long as it serves the purpose a panelist consented to, after which it is deleted or irreversibly aggregated. Clients receive aggregated insight, never raw panelist-identifiable records.
Subprocessors
Hordus maintains a current subprocessor list for any vendor that stores or processes panel or client data on our behalf, available to clients and their counsel on request.
Model-respecting methods
No prompt injection or adversarial exploits, no scraping behind authentication, no attempts to bypass platform controls, and adherence to all platform terms of service.
