Trust Center

How every number
is produced.

Every GEO score and result Hordus publishes, about a client or about a third-party brand in a comparison, carries the method used to produce it.

A published score without a published method is an assertion. With the method attached and reproducible, it becomes analysis. This page is that method, published once and referenced everywhere the numbers appear.

GEO Readiness score

Scored 0-100 across four weighted dimensions: AI accessibility (30%), structured data quality (30%), content completeness (25%) and internal link authority (15%).

Each client audit report shows the per-dimension breakdown, not just the composite figure.

Answer Share and Share of Voice

Answer Share is the frequency of appearance: how often a brand appears at all across a defined set of queries and engines.

Share of Voice is the competitive weight when present. The two terms are never used interchangeably.

Comment-engagement measurement

Reporting measures disclosed comments published, approval-audit completeness, and any publicly observable response on the comment itself.

It does not measure or claim any downstream change in reader belief or behavior.

Panel composition and consent basis

Every behavioral signal behind Cyber Answer Intelligence comes from a panel of real opt-in users under explicit consent, GDPR and CCPA compliant.
